Jordan R. Dalton

Jordan has worked in the public school system, with clients ranging from, 4-18 years old alongside parents and school personnel. He has an interest in trauma-informed practice, suicidality management, and neurodiverse clients.

Jordan focuses on clients’ strengths, seeing them as resourceful and resilient. A strength based approach allows for open communication that encourages individuals to identify values that assemble their strengths and capacities. This framework allows a person to see themselves at their best – the value they bring by just being themselves. He adopts the biopsychosocial and case formulation models, understanding a client beyond a diagnostic label.
